The 2025 conference will be held at Mercer Island Community & Event Center on May 30, 2025

Our 2025 conference is organized by Diversity in Data Science in collaboration with WiDS Worldwide.

​It will be a single-track event with breakout Lunch & Learn sessions. The conference will include expert talks, 2 panels, and a poster session. The day will close with dedicated networking time. Talks and panels will also be available via livestream. Our events are open to all, regardless of gender.

Topic highlights include:

  • Building, using, and safeguarding Generative AI

  • Exploring career paths in Data Science

  • Insights for career advancement

  • Data-driven business strategy

    We are thrilled to share that Chisoo Lyons, executive director of WiDS Worldwide, will deliver the keynote address, "Reflections and Lessons Learned: A Journey from Data Scientist to Leader."

    *Lunch and Learn sessions will be announced in May. Registered guests will receive an email with the opportunity to sign up for their choice of activity.

The conference highlights data-related work in our region, with an emphasis on the important role of women in data-related fields. We aim to bring together data professionals across the Puget Sound area and provide an opportunity to learn about data science applications and research in our community.
